Web image zoom

This will interest those of you who are building a web site.

Run your cursor over the first image you see on the page and notice how the area surrounding the cursor is magnified!

This programmer has done an amazing job with this stuff and he gives you the code so you can implement it in your own web pages - all he asks is that you give him credit.

If you're not a programmer, you might not find this so amazing, but I am a programmer and I know how hard this guy worked to come up with this - and he makes it looks so easy.

Take care, Margaret

I was going to let a programmer respond first, but I guess they're busy programming...

I've seen it before, but I still find it amazing. The first example, however, shows too strong a magnification -- viewing jaggy edges isn't fun for me. The second example, however, really shows a payoff for the magnifier -- can see all the hidden tidbits in the image.

I do like the open source attitude of many developers.
