I guess I've been away too long, Danny. I've downloaded your book on actions, and just began skimming the surface. From what I've seen so far, it looks like you've done a masterful job! Thanks for sharing your expertise.

Thanks for your kind words, Ed. It was a labor of love born out of personal interest and frustration. I sure learned a lot by putting it together.

It was posted just about two years ago and is based on PS7. Therefore, it lacks content for changes introduced in CS and CS2. For the most part, though, it is still relevant. I keep thinking about doing an update/revision and there's one in the works (with over 100 additional pages so far), but the scope, time/effort to finish it up keeps holding me back. Maybe 2006, who knows?

It's not a "hard cover" book, but becase it's about 300 pages long -- pretty lengthy for an Internet-based tutorial -- some refer to it as "a book."
