I was just spending some time (as I frequently do) browsing Wikipedia (one of my favorite sites). I discovered that their definition for Retouching, although they were kind enough to link to us here, is seriously lacking and more than a bit biased.

I really admire and respect Wikipedia, and their revolutionary idea of articles anyone (literally) can edit. So I thought perhaps (since we're anyone) we could assist them with a broader, deeper, and therefore more accurate definition.

Please do not edit the page if you are not already familiar with the conventions of Wikipedia, or at least after you've read their editing and style FAQs. They prefer it if you register, as well, but that's not required.

I added a few lines and removed the bias against digital (I think). But there's still so much needed.
