| Interesting thing happened today. I went to stock exchange to download some images, (http://www.sxc.hu/) A few months back Legacy posted the site as a free site for quality images. The weird thing is a few images that I landed on today were watermarked and you had to pay to download them (example: http://www.stockxpert.com/browse.phtml?f=view&id=12897).. I don't recall seeing charges associated with downloading photos on this site before, however, I may be wrong.... Anyhooo.. only a few of the photos cost $$$ to download, so if this is the start of them switching over from a free site to a pay site, I thought it might be a good opportunity to download photos while they are still free. If I posted this in an inappropriate area, please move for me. Thanks, Nancy _________________________ www.photoart123.com |

| They are running another site along with the exchange which is the start of that URL - stock expert. That is a paid site and appears to be new. I think there is a bit of blurb on their homepage about it beginning. In searches, I've noticed that usually the bottom two rows on a page of results are stock expert pics that require payment in credits depending on what size/resolution you want the picture. I tend to just avoid them and stick to the others, and if I click on a great pic I want and its a stock expert pic, I'll just keep looking. |
