Sam - It was either show the front tooth problem, or show off the "wonderful" glasses I wore in later years. I won't even let anyone see me in glasses these days - thank goodness for contacts! I was thinking though that the pants might distract you from noticing my missing teeth. :p

Kathleen - I cannot believe some of the stuff that I wore back then. Truly horrific!

DJ - Thanks for your kind words. It's not so much being brave about showing my face per se, but from coming out of hiding behind the anonymity of "faceless" discussions.

Absolutely, Jeanie! And I guess with my "advancing years" its one more reason I'm drawn to the CoKie Roberts and Judy Woodruff type of woman. Pamela Sue Anderson types leave me absolutely cold. A woman I can converse with into the wee small hours of the morning....now THAT'S the kind of woman that excites me.
