Thanksgiving is always the 4th Thursday in November. It's origins lie in the sharing of a meal that the Pilgrims held with the American Indians. It has evolved to a National day of Thankfulness for the bounty of our country and the blessing of the freedoms we have. We remember those brave souls who forsake the "comforts" of their homes and families in England to seek freedom from religious persecution in 1620.
Best wishes to all who celebrate the day and may the spirit of the holiday be with all.
