Hello - First Post

I am new to the forum, discovered it while trying to work on restorations. I am in fact new to posting, etc. It rather took me a while to get to this point, hope I am doing this correctly.

My interest at this point is assistance in restoring the only pic from 1922.

Could someone please tell me how to post without starting a new thread, thanks.

Welcome to RetouchPro.

I was just looking at your picture a moment ago, the blotchiness you're worried about looks like being a result of being a little too heavy handed with the contrast, you might try creating a new layer, then clone over the blotches with a soft brushed clone tool set to about 10% opacity, alternately apply a levels adj layer and reduce the contrast a touch, mask it to just apply to the facial areas you wish to alter.
