I need help with Glamour retouching!

Hello everyone!
I need major help on glamour retouching.
I'm a model and an actor professionally.
I have photoshoot done and it cost a ton
of money to have them retouched by someone else.
I've had that done before and i was pleased with the
results, but not for the price i paid.

SO, I have pscs3 and i'm learning how to retouch photos.

I want to learn (step by step) the BEST ways on how to:

smooth the skin.
add gloss to lips.
make those fake looking eyes.

pretty much EVERYTHING!!!

I really only want people who know what they are doing to reply to this.

I'm reallyyyyyyy interest in retouching photos!
