I joined after I found one of the guides in a google search, ths site is perfect for me since I just got photoshop (elements) a few weeks ago and now that im familiar with the basics, im looking to enhance my skills.

I also do a lot with Premiere (again, Elements, heh it was a bulk deal), but thats really not relavant on this forum hehehe
So tired, this will be my first post, and my last (of the day of course 0.o)

WOW! I guess I came to the right place.
If you could be so kind, I'm having a hard time getting my scanner to scan onto my computer. I figured out how to get my printer to work through my computer. But I can't find anything that says anything about scanners. I'm possitive I'm not looking in the right places. My scanner is one unit with my printer and it's a hp deskjet 380 series, if that helps.
I'm also having probems with posting avatars to other web sites on message boards. If you have any advice on this it would be wonderful, and I will remember you in my prayers at night. lol

Can't help with the printer
The only advice I can give you is to go to whereever you edit your profile for the message boards and search for it until your eyes fall out of your sockets. Just click whatever button looks promising...
Again, not my specialty (then again, I cant really say I specialize in anything ^.^)

BTW, you do realize you are probably posting this in the wrong spot, you might find more experienced help on one of the other boards.

How to Make New Threads 101

Ok, see the "Post Reply" button on tthe current screen, it should be right below this post in the left hand corner, with another one at the upper left hand corner of the thread.

Dont click it

WHen you go to a board and are looking at all the available threads, you should see a New Thread button in the same spot.

lol, Thanks Freaky, I think I've already lost my eyeballs a few times trying for an avatar in that site. I will go to a specaltiy store and ask about my scanner. Thanks for trying though.
