Hi everyone,

I found this site yesterday... and can't believe it's been missing from my life so far!
I've been looking through all the tutorials, and have learnt so much already. They teach really useful core techniques, rather than the usual specific things on many other sites.

I've been doing retouching for several years now, just as a hobby really, on my own photos and to help out friends and once for a local charity. I've been thinking about doing it to earn a little bit of money now (I'm a poor student ), and learning some proper restoration skills too.

As I said, I'm loving this site. The challenges look like a great way to get some practice. Looking forward to finding out more
