| Chatroom! Hi guys! I wanna stress abit the use of the new chat-room function! It is a fantastic opportunity for "meeting" new peeps, kinda on a new level...if u use it! It's great to have a little chat, and talk around this and that...and it's not like it's all about photo, retounching...and so on...there are rooms in there, where we can talk about other stuff aswell... My point is that everybody should try this. it's a great way to get instant help, on your project, or tequnices...But that's means that everybody need to use it! So come on, guys, don't be afraid, come in and have a chat, and i think u will find out that it's a very cool, and fun way to learn, or just hang out and have fun! There are no questions too stupid, or too dumb...it's just a new "on-another-level-help-function" ...so i hope to see u all in there  (sorry bout my english..English ain't my native language)            |

| Re: Chatroom! I suspect it's suffering from the natural shyness of people. I've noticed if the chatroom is empty, it tends to stay empty. But when anyone joins and sticks around a bit, it starts to fill. As is so often the case, everyone is afraid to "go first". I suggest you join the chatroom in a separate tab or window, join the room of your preference, turn on the sound notifications, and go about your other computer business. You'll have plenty of company very soon. |

| Re: Chatroom! Just an idea...Perhaps we could use the chatroom for discussions. Have a person act as a host or moderator, on a specific day and time for a discussion on some particular subject. It could be on any photography related subject. Opinions? |

| Re: Chatroom! Don't forget you can make your own "room" (the little button below the room list). The room will disappear when empty, but stays around as long as someone is in it, whether its you or not. And the title can announce what you're interested in chatting about (and there's no obligation to make it about retouching, etc.). So you could start an "Olympics" room, or a "9pm EST Chat" room, whatever strikes your fancy. |
