Hello The Refinery,

I am kind of in the similar situation like you guys, but I'm in SHanghai/China, and not in Dubai. We also launch our creative retouching division in March and we look for good market entry or promotion ideas. See also this post in this regard:

I think it all starts with a great list of decision makers in ad agencies, than a brochure mailing, than a follow up with a phone call and a presentation/goSee.

What have you done to announce to the public that you are now available for retouching jobs?
