Thanks Palms: I checked out your gallery on photobucket. You have some nice work there. I have been an amatuer photgrapher for many years. Now I am just starting with corel painter X and love digital art.

Hi, My first post

I've been involved with photography since high school (late 1950's). I did all my own darkroom work -- both B&W and color. The first color print processing was fairly crude. I'd spend 4 hours in the darkroom and would feel lucky if I came away with ONE good print.

Currently, I'm in the real world with the rest of you. Besides photography, I build and upgrade my computers as a hobby.

My other hobby is image editing and restoration. I have Photoshop but rarely use it. My favorite program is Corel PaintShop Pro Xll. I also use a lot of plugins.
