screening?

I made a post tonight and it is the first time I received a comment back that a moderator had to approve the post prior to posting...what gives...is this some new screening policy?

that happened to me earlier on a post where the OP was obviously spamming, i mean a 800 dollar Nikon D3?..

i figure a mod gol ahold of it when i was adding my responce

Did you post in the qualified section? Doug announced previously that an approval is needed!
