Really would like to know how to do eyes, lips and add teeth for pageant photogenic pictures.

Using the search button above with the word pageant gives lots of threads including this one : what would you do? Pay particular attention to the photography part.. It all starts with an excellent photograph with the right hair, clothing, pose, makeup, lighting and background..

Also, Googling "pageant retouching" (with the quotes) will provide many samples to try and imulate...

It will all depend on the expertise you have with your given tools, what software you are using, and how good your photography skills are... but as always it comes down to Practice Cubed
