Hello I have never been in a forum and the feeling is kind of strange.
I am interested on the art of retouching.
Katrina Eismann book (second Edition) is a very good boook.
I have a 24" IMac with Photoshop CS3 and Adobe LightRoom 2
and Photoshop CS4 and Adobe LightRoom 2 on the windows
Side.
So how do I start?

Introducing yourself here is a great start. The first question is how comfortable are you using all that great software? I spend a great deal of my time simply learning how to use all the power I have in CS4. Use the wealth of online videos and tutorials to learn with. Practice, practice, experiment, practice! Have fun!
