Circular Images in Photoshop

Is there some way to start an Image from a Diameter instead of a Rectangle or does one have to always Convert?

Re: Circular Images in Photoshop

If you designate the image to have a transparent background when you create it then you can begin with a circular image. If not, then you can convert the bg to a layer.

Thanks I will get back to you. I need to find out if Printing Shops can give me a Print from an Image directly.
