Hi, all, just taking a moment to introduce myself. I answer to Photohealer, but my name is Don. I am retired, living on Vancouver Island BC, and I'm in the midst of launching an online Photo Restoration site (named photohealer.com, as you might have guessed). Please take a look at my Gallery Page if you have a moment. I have been working with Photoshop long enough to claim ownership of a few photomanipulation skills, but I am a business neophyte. That's why I'm here: I hope to learn a few tips and tricks from the experts who have already traveled this route. Looking forward to meeting many of you, and learning from you.

Thanks for your response, chinchillakilla. I can particularly use some perspective in the business areas; i.e. pricing, invoicing, delivery, etc. If it's okay, I'll look through your site, and with luck I'll get some good ideas that I can use. I appreciate your encouragement.

feel free to view the site it is a bit messy as I am in the process of getting a brand new 100 times better one than now as I have changed my logo and and changed a few things my company does at the moment. I am keeping the restoration and retouching but replacing the graphic design side with merchandise instead.

For marketing tips there is a site called nabo.biz (nationwide association for business owners) it has a vast amount of stuff for a more successful business (videos to ebooks to interviews and more it really useful.

As for prices I am based in the uk so I couldn't tell you American prices.
