Everyone has probably seen those motivation photos hanging on office walls. You know the ones they have a breathtaking photo combined with some motivation saying and theme such as TEAMWORK.

Well there is a site that has the counter version to these motivation photos. It's the Underperformance Awards, and most of them are quite humorous.

I've included the web site for you to check out. They make funny gifts or you might get some ideas of how to manipulate some of your own photos to make some gag gifts!

LOL! those are great, T. they've got exactly the right font to look like those "motivation" posters.
