Flash software space voyage - for DSL/cable only

This is a fascinating trip -- makes me consider our galaxy to be perhaps one of a gazillion red corpuscles "inside" our creator...

Get on board for a trip thru space (virtual)

Jeannie was able to watch it from a dial-up connection, and it works great if you have DSL or a cable modem. Give it a try if you're interested in "traveling" to Mars, Jupiter, and the galaxies beyond ours -- it's about 12 minutes long and travels thousands of light years!

Thanks for this amazing link, CJ. Sure puts life in perspective, doesn't it?

I'm glad that some others are able "to make the trip".

A friend sent it to me, so I'll pass on more thanks to him.

If anyone on a dial-up connection tries it, let us know if it's viewable for you or not.

I didn't try it at first b/c I'm on a pretty slow dial-up connection here at my sister's house, but I just DID try it and I didn't have any trouble viewing it. It took a little while to download at the beginning, but once it started, there were no delays that I could detect.

Very, very cool!

Jeanie
