Sharing and/or linking protocol

At a photo display site, I posted some of my kaleidoscope images that I made using the actions posted here.

I've had a request about how to make the kaleidoscopes using PS. I'm not a very good teacher and wonder if it is OK if I share the action directly and send the action, or would it be better if I sent the inquirer here?
