Do I need Adobe's permission?

This is a basic naive question I should have asked before

I have an appointment on Thursday to pitch my idea for a cable tv show to "teach" basic Photoshop Elements.

Do I need Adobe's permission to use Photoshop Elements on the air?? I'm assuming I do, how hard is it to get, how do I go about getting it?

There are so many sites on the web, including this one with Photoshop tutorials, surely Adobe doesn't expect everyone to ask for permission - that would require a huge staff to administer.

Anyway, wish me luck - any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Margaret

I am sure you will need written permission from Adobe in order to show screen shots and any actual images of working within the program.

Good Luck!!!

I seriously doubt you need permission (I'm in serious trouble if you do), but if you want peace of mind you can ask here.
