PSP3.11 and tut link

I found this old tut for from scratch digital art

and then managed to track down a copy of PSPro 3.11 (shareware)to have a go, only to find that 3.11 won't run on Win XP. I wanted to try the push-brush tool effect on Photo-art flowers etc ::Sigh:: I do have an old Win98 pc I could drag out and dust off when I have time though

Now, the tut says the guy uses PSP3.12, but I think 3.11 might work as well.

I have version PSP4.14 too, but I'm not sure if that's shareware, so I won't post it here - besides, I think the version 4.0+ stuff could be done in PSP version 7.0+
