I just read an announcement about this, it looks interesting (and free).

Anyone care to download it, run it through some paces, and report back?

I read some not so glowing reviews on this program awhile back on another venue. Generally speaking folks reported it being buggy, not particularly easy to use, and no advantage whatsoever over the common image editing programs that we all know and love (to hate).

But don't take my word for it!

I downloaded it today and took a brief run through. My initial impressions supports Danny's view but I want to play some more. I'm trying to find where the creative aspect is ie. painterly effects and can't seem to find anything.
