Buzz Pro Clone?

Tried out the Buzz Simplifier demo and after 3-4 times of use I unistalled it. I tried to load their demo for Buzz Lite and found that it will not load.

Now none of their products will load. The installer stops and gives an error message. Can't get much out of their tech dept. except try to load a different copy of the demo. Tried it...doesn't help.

I may have bought the BuzzLite but now since I can't load it, that's not going to happen.

My question: does anyone know of a similar program that I can buy instead? Am trying for the look their simplifier gives, but don't know of a substitute.

Any help much appreciated.

A couple of questions:
Are you using a PC or Mac?
What operating system and version..ie. XP, Windows 98, OS8...
What version of PhotoShop?

Also searching through the forum, another person had similar trouble installing BuzzLite and found that it would install if they chose "open" instead of "save to disk".

The buZZ Plug-ins are all designed to the Adobe Photoshop standard and are therefore compatible with a whole host of different image-editors. This compatibility restricts them from having an automated generic install path, hence you must tell your image-editor where you have installed buZZ so that it can “call” it when it loads. In order for buZZ to function correctly it must have all its files and folders in the right order. If you move certain parts of buZZ and not others it will fail to load vital sections of the program, all the files and folders must stay together.

Thanks for the message re. my Buzz problem.

I am using a pc with Windows 98se.

My Photo software is Paint Shop Pro 9.

I'll give your "open" suggestion a shot. See what I come up with.
