Exclamation Noise Ninja

I have had a few photographs i have seen from photographers....that have been run theire photos thru Noise Ninja. When I zoom in too remove blemishes, I find lines at a 45 degree angle angle and also spots of wierd looking skin texture. Is this a Noise Ninja issue?

P.S.
I have enclosed a photo that shows the spots on the forehead and the chin.

It could be if Noise Ninja isn't calibrated for the photo, and then fine tuned.

Though, noise reduction would more often than not be the last step for me, after clearing the skin of blemishes.

Are the pictures Digital originally or scanned? The lines could be from the scan it is done at angle sometimes.
