Photoshop CS or CS2 for lappy

Hi all,

i think i remember reading somewhere that CS is far lighter than CS2 and therefore given the choice to put CS on a laptop for occasional work in the field.

I have a T2300 dual core 1.66gig lappy with 1 gig of ram and 80g hd.

Would i get better performance with my old copy of CS the with my CS2.

cheers

You won't have any "authorization" conflicts if you install CS. I know Adobe says you can install a copy of CS2 on 1) work computer and 2) home/laptop computer, but if either one does a hard crash with CS2 installed on both, you have to call Adobe and go through the hassle of restoring a new authorization.
