jscript runtime error with CS2 script

hi,

my m8 is running cs2 and has just installed thelightsright sharpening scripts but when he comes to run them he gets the error message shown on the attached.

I've never seen this before.

can anyone help?

Is he actually running it in CS2? ie: File=>Scripts... in photoshop's menu.
These js scripts can't be run as stand alone objects, they need the right 'host' program to define them, in this case Photoshop CS2. I hope this is helpful

you will not believe this..

you're right he copied the scripts into the correct folder then tried to run them from there..

that'll teach me just to say "copy them to your scripts folder and that's it done"
