Software - - Dune Grass Brush?

Hey

I'm trying to find somewhere to download the dune grass brush? I'm using Photoshop elements 3.0 so I haven't got that brush installed. Can anyone help me plz?

There is a Dune Grass brush in the default brushes in PSE3. About two thirds down on the drop down menu (112 px).

Btw, do you know how to use the colors that I select, and not the pattern?
It kind of annoys me :P
