ps plug in

I thought i would post this link to a plug in i found today it is called pinocchio it distorts images using the mouse and i have had some fun with it today
( sorry if this is not the right place for the post but after going round in circles for half a hour i gave up looking for the "right place " )

Cool find for sure Palms. I downloaded the Squarify filter too and see lots of cubism potential with this fun filter.

Well, although I'm not one of the mentioned people, I must admit I tried several freeware ones and found them to be of rather, err, average quality. Taking the "Halftone" as an example - it has nothing to do with a halftone. And well, such an aliaised thingies can be easily created even with Filter Factory.

What as to concept rather than quality - they are of some fun, sure.

Thank you Ilya, especially as i was sort of interested in the halftone one saves me downloading it.
still say the pinocchio one is fun but maybe not practical

Yep, I was also especially interested in halftone. Unfortunately, what I see in this filter is slightly modified version of "Peg" effect included into first Filter Factory tutorial I was reading... errr... probably 15 years ago. Obviously, I expected some progress to be made since then ;-) I remember Van Der Lee halftone filter - it is (or was?) much more powerful. I have a couple of halftone filters myself (although they are line halftone, not a dot one) - I'm not saying they are perfect and world's best, but still they definitely use more advanced algorithms.
