| | | Photoshop Commander From Andrew Hall: "Photoshop Commander is a Photoshop Script for CS2 and CS3 that creates powerful programming capability in Photoshop using simple dialogs that anyone can work with and understand. Photoshop Commander is released under a Creative Commons license which means it is free for you to use, share, adapt and distribute in any way you want." http://www.ps-scripts.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=1363 |

| | | Re: Photoshop Commander Wow, that was fast. Thanks for that Danny, and Doug also. Photoshop Commander opens up the power of scripting and scripted automation to the majority of Photoshop users who cannot, or do not have the time or inclination to, write javascript.
It is pretty easy, there is NO coding at all and the menus are intuitively straightforward. It does take a bit of learning to use to it's full advantage but there is close to an hour of video tutorial which will get people well on the way (actually the first 10 minutes will get you to the point where you can create your own script), and I am happy to help people with their projects - in fact I welcome the opportunity as that is how this tool will get honed into something that is really useful.
Photoshop Commander allows you to create fully automated workflow processes, it builds on Photoshop actions and batch but takes it quite a lot further and makes the file handling side of batch a whole lot easier.

| | | Re: Photoshop Commander I received a report that the dialogs do not appear to be working properly on a Mac with CS3. I need to look into this further and also establish if the problem also applies to CS2. Unfortunately I only have access to PC's but I will do my best.
