Adobe Certified Expert

I was looking into getting certified with Adobe and was wondering if anyone here was an "ACE" and had any advice for someone taking the exam? I havn't seen it yet, so I don't really know if I have enough knowledge to invest in it yet. Is it extremely in depth? Any advice would be appreciated.

I found this book on amazon that looks like it might help me study for the exam. It had a bunch of lessons that take you through it. I bought one and now I'm going through it. I'll let you all know how it goes.

Also Matt Kloskowski has a video tutorial on this subject. "Adobe Certified Exam Boot Camp". They charge about 20 a month or so much a year, kind off like Lynda.com.

Hi,
I got Adobe Photoshop ACE certified 3 days ago... What I used to help practice for the test was mainly program i bought through Ucerfify.com (i think it was $70, and they give u money back if u don't pass. the only thing is it runs on pc only, but if you are on Mac like mw parralels or vmware susion u can run the program no problem). It took me about 2 months of studying (not daily) I got 77% (70% n up is pass), plus adobe.com photoshop help and a few lynda.com tuts. Reasons why i got the certificate: credential to add to my resume, it was one of yearly review objectives for me last year n employer is paying for it, and most importantly, i'd like to teach photoshop part time.
anyways, the exam covers a lot and is all over the place (web, video, print, automization, scripting, etc.) But if u plan it out n stick w/ it, anyone can do it. Ys, time consuming but not impossible.

I got certified with cs3 a while back , the exam covers everything in Ps including web,video & animation features .
I would recommend paying alot of attention to the inbuilt Ps Help Resource , as the exam is based pretty much word for word on the info provided there,
also the ucertify practice exams give a good idea for the question structure & pacing required....
