Re: On one software?

I have the suite (Macintosh) and love it. Genuine Fractals has saved my fanny a number of times (enlargements for prepress pieces). Color Tune and Photo Tune are great also. I've used Intellihance for years and Mask Pro comes in handy too. My favorite is PhotoFrame for adding realistic mattes and frames.

Customer service is quick and friendly.

onOne is an evolution of Extensis (some of the same personnel), and they have kicked the old plug-ins up several notches and are doing very well.

I have all of their stuff listed (see this page; note the discount offered).

Re: On one software?

I was presented with an A4 image that needed to be an A2 poster from a client. I had figured that PS was the best way to do it but the image always looked a bit average. Luckily there was extra in the budget to buy Genuine Fractals. I was blown away! It is *so much* better than PS at that kind of thing. Truly amazing result. I wish I had plumped for the rest of the suite.

Re: On one software?

smooth... I had a 2 x 2 PDF that I had to blow up to fit on an 18 x 24 poster. It was line art (the ultimate test). Genuine Fractals did a fantastic job. I was amazed. Even when I edited some dates the overall resolution and finished print posters were clean and crisp.
