| How to create this effect in illustrator? Hello folks, I know this is not a retouching question but more of an illustration vector art question. Can someone tell me or point me to the correct method in recreating this look in Adobe Illustrator. I will be compositing an image that will require both vector and raster image. Thanks. |

| Re: How to create this effect in illustrator? Try this tutorial: http://www.bittbox.com/illustrator/i...rls-and-curls/ Then there's some custom brushes going on (the grungy looking stripes through it all) just google grunge brush and that will be easy, just draw it on with a white color. A lot of stuff you can just draw, copy and slightly alter. I made a bunch of stuff like this about 3 years back, and that's the methods I used. Good luck! |
