Ctrl+Alt+Shift+~ (selecting lighter parts) on Mac

In photoshop on a PC you have a shortkey combination: ctrl+alt+shift+~ which select the lighter parts of your image.
I recently switched to a Mac and now I'm looking for the similar function but I can't find it anywhere in the menu's and I also can't find a similar key combination. Does anyone know where I can find this function? Thanks a lot!

Hi markc78,

Tnx for your reaction. Maybe I wasn't totally clear in my post. I can find all the keys but when I press them, nothing happens. So I suppose there must be another way (somewhere in the menu or by pressing another combination) to select the lighter parts of an image.

Command+Option(Alt)+Shift + tilda should select luminosity of image , ensure you're using the command key & not ctrl as with pc

Re: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+~ (selecting lighter parts) on

ok that's strange. I tried it several times but really nothing happend. I also tried to turn off similar keycombinations in Mac OSX system configuration so they couldn't conflict with eachother but also that didn't help..
Mmm ... Do you know where I can find this function in Photoshop -> Edit -> keyboard shortcuts? So I can see if there's any shortcut assigned to?
Tnx for your help!

Have you tried to just command-click on the RGB-channel? Don't run Mac, but on PC it works with ctrl-clicking the channel...
