Lightroom Clipping Values

Using ACR or Lightroom, does anyone know how to change the clipping values in the whites and blacks? They are set to let you know when you will completely over or underexpose an image. But I want to set my clipping from a value of 255 to 235. And my blacks to 5. Anyone know how to change it?
