Make up tool for moving images

Hi,
I am new to this forum. Its nice to see the amount of knowledge and passion that gets shared here. I am wondering if anybody could help me. I am interested in a software/plug in which I could use to retouch the moving images/video. I am aware that there is Electronic Make up Artist which i can use with an editing software. I was just thisnking if there is any other platform through which I can possibly use...also if anyone had used Electonic Make up Artist, can they throw some light on it...thanks a lot.

not sure why you want a plugin for this. there are lots of stand-alone video editors out there. just do a google search on the subject.

Re: Make up tool for moving images

Hi Kraellin,
Video editors does give me some control over the image. However most of the time, the image manipulation that I would do will apply to the full frame. I cannot be selective. Softwares such as Adobe After Effects, Smoke gives me the option of selective correction in a moving image using various methods of tracking and key-ing my area to be corrected. They are little expensive and what I was really interested is something like the Electronic Makeup Artist..a small affordable software/plugin which can be used for specialised purpose...any help regarding this? thanks...

Re: Make up tool for moving images

ok, you want tracking editing through batch processing, a fancy way of saying editing you do in one frame that applies to all the rest of the frames where that object resides (and usually only through a sequence). i do recall seeing something like that years ago, but i've lost track of it now. it could track objects within a video and do editing on that object across many frames. so, i know it existed. whether it still exists, i'm not sure, but i would think so. again, i'd recommend googling this or trying other search engines.

Well, if you had worked on video, then everyone knows that there is nothing 'fancy' about it. Its simple...anyway i think there should be a better suggestion than an advice to google - in a PRO forum. I will wait for that...Thanks anyways..
