| Re: Help with Framing To me it looks like they duplicated the background layer, selected an area using the rectangular marquee tool, added a slight feather to the selection go get the rounded corners, copied the selection to an new layer, added a bevel and emboss layer style, inner bevel, set to size they wanted to use, direction going up. then blurred the background layer.
