| | I used to use ICQ but I don't any longer. I guess I found out I didn't have anything to say. Currently we don't have any messaging program up and running.

| | | I have Instant Messenger but with my typing speed it's a very inefficient mode of communication compared to phone.

| | | I have ICQ but rarely use it anymore, I just got so tired of all those unwelcome porno messages being sent to me. I use yahoo messenger mostly now, I find it works quite well for me. |

| | I use Msn, and use it everyday! I have two relatives in other states...one in Idaho and one in California that I chat with all the time...while they are at work! Mom, sis, gma, brother all hooked up too.... so when we can't reach each other by phone....good chance we can online I have gotten much faster at typing that is a big bonus....spelling has probably gone downhill but we understand each other!

I think Doug was refering to the chat programs not this type of forum. It's because it's so hard to chat when you have to type your conversation on the spot. They tend to abbreviate and eliminate all the unnecessary punctuations so they can converse faster.
As for the typos and misspells, I think we all tend to do that. Sometimes I have to think of alternatives to what I'm trying to say because I can't spell it for the life of me. I even reread some of my posts and see all the mistakes and wonder how anyone knew what I was talking about. So, were artists here not road schollars.

| | I use instant messenger when I have my son in law work on my computer remotely. Other than that, I'm kind of bashful as you probably know.

| | | I'm on a mac and I use iChat all the time as most of my friends are on AIM or on a mac. For those that aren't I use Adium and an msn account. Good clean fun! |
