| Re: Is this vector ? Vexel. A bitmap that looks like a vector is defined as a vexel. Vectors are different then bitmaps and usually defined using objects like lines, circles, and boxes. Bitmaps, as your link shows, uses pixels. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vexel |

| Re: Is this vector ? That all depends on what you want to do Jenifer. Many graphic artists use bitmap editors like Photoshop and GIMP (my favorite editor). Many cool and free Vector editors too. One of the best is InkScape (Open Source, so free). http://inkscape.org/ |

| Re: Is this vector ? and paint shop pro has vector built in. you can 'draw' in vector and change it to raster if you like. i dont use it much for what i do, but it's there in at least a basic form. |
