Shafted all the time! - my thoughts too R . Offer seems limited to the USA - at least for the box and disk. But, looks like you can download and get the key so perhaps not as bad as first look - wonder if download is limited to USA?

Why such a big reduction is there a new release imminent?

but this price is valid only when purchasing together with Lightroom:

Sorry, thanks, you are correct. I missed the fine print when I got the link. Still, it's a good deal if you plan to buy Lightroom as well.

I wasn't aware of the fine print or it wasn't there at the time, but I ordered the box version on 3/13 and I got it for $299 plus tax. What if ordering Photoshop only that the discount would actually go through without Lightroom?
