Question Missing Offset and Scale in Apply Image panel

This may or may not be a simple fix - I for one have not succeeded in finding what setting would cause the Offset and the Scale fields to go away in the Apply Image panel. See attachment...

I went as far as installing Photoshop CS4 (I originally use CS5) and it, too, is missing these fields. I can only deduce that something common to both is affecting this panel.

I'm running on windows 7 64bit.

Would anyone have ideas as to what I should be checking/correcting to get these 2 fields to come back? I do miss them since I use the split-frequency approach to skin correcting, etc.

Are you certain you're not thinking of calculations?

Re: Missing Offset and Scale in Apply Image panel

Vernon, they are missing because your belnd mode is set to Multiply. It must be set to Add or Subtract because Offset and Scale are only available in those blend modes.
