Video in Photoshop and color profile I'm doing few adjustments to some video clips in Photoshop and I was wondering what color space should I choose for it? When I open a video in Photoshop, it asks me "the document has not embedded RGB color profile, what would you like to do: 1) leave it as is (dont color manage), 2) assign profile (sRGB, Adobe RGB etc)". What should I do?

Re: Video in Photoshop and color profile Hum... not sure, I’d think sRGB. Depends however on what’s playing the video and if it understands ICC profiles (more the reason to be working in sRGB).

Re: Video in Photoshop and color profile I believe Quicktime (might have to be Pro or X) is going to fly with the embedded profile. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3712

Re: Video in Photoshop and color profile Thanks. BTW, what is the best conditions for color correcting footage? Dark room without light or with (daylight balanced) lights?

Re: Video in Photoshop and color profile Probably yes, just like viewing stills.
