Photoshop: message placing on screens

Hi,

Did not really know how to explain in the title my question.
I work on a dual monitor set up (right screen in front of me with image,
left screen to the side with tools).

I've been getting a lot of error messages while saving lately (which is another problem).
but the error message appears on the left screen, and everything else that opens a pop up message opens it on the right screen.

Is it possible to get the error message on my right screen as well.
I've tried dragging it over and closing it, but next time it still appears on left screen.

It's just a small thing I could get used to, but is it possible to arrange where a message appears?
