| Re: New Topaz plug-in: Star Effects Star Effects v1.1 is now available. This FREE update features two key improvements to help make sure your effects are positioned where you want them. Topaz was able to improve the auto-detection technology to center the effects within the image's light source; the range of the Angle slider has increased from 180 to 360. |
