Capture 1. Good place to start?

Can anyone recommend a good source of info about using Capture 1 software. I have a project coming up which will go easier if I'm aware of the photographers work flow and can 'fight my corner' based on at least some knowledge of the software. Retouching CMYK tif is more my comfort zone so I'd like a good overview of typical Capture 1 workflow plus benefits and pitfalls. I will buy the software and get some one on one training in due course. Cheers.
