CS6 Subscription Problem

Sorry to ask this question in here but I was getting "multiple redirect error" on the official Adobe help page.

I subscribed to Photoshop a while ago and was running CS5. I have now downloaded CS6. I have no clue where to get a new serial number from to run CS6 with, I have searched all over my Adobe account and can find nothing.

Can anyone help please?

Not sure I understand you. Did you purchase CS6 and if so, didn’t you get a serial number?

You subscribed to Photoshop? You talking about the NEW Creative Cloud?

No, I'm talking about the Photoshop subscription where you basically pay monthly and rent Photoshop. It started at £30 a month but it's now £16 a month, you are supposed to get all updates and upgrades included but I don't know how to activate CS6.

Ah, got it. But does the rental include the next version? I suspect Adobe would have you some how ‘unrent’ CS5 at the very least before you could ‘rent’ CS6.

As I understood, the subscription included ungrades, I am actually subscribed to Photoshop rather than a particular version.

Huge company like Adobe should have proper customer support. It is very hard to believe we have to raise questions like this one on a public forum.

Well, after reading the last reply on the discussion "Why should I pay for upgrade to CS6 twice?" - which I personally started few weeks ago here http://forums.adobe.com/message/4555227#4555227 - I decided to post it on RetouchPro as well.

Last reply:

"Hi there. Well I made my third attempt last night - but they simply would not put me through to anybody in a supervisory post. Yet again I have been referred to "The Next Level" who I suspect is a computer (or Big Brother or The Wizard of Oz). Last time they closed my case after offering me a 20% discount.
