However, I don't think the result is what you intended?

The image is about 1/40 of the original dimensions with a solid padding around it.
Is that what I'm supposed to see?

Thanks, Shift Studio.
There is more than one script listed in this thread. You picked the latest which is PadImage. I should have used one thread per script. Please back up the page for Image Comparator.

Has a PDF for use included in ZIP file.

@Ronc.
Sorry I was referring to the 'PadImage' script.
I was thinking it was going to do something different - I was thinking it was going to do something like the Flaming Pear 'Solidify' (a free plugin - http://flamingpear.com/freebies.html).

So I re-read your description and see that I misinterpreted.

Did you do your test of Image COMPARATOR? Is that what you wanted?

I finally got around to giving a try its pretty slick!

I guess your intended use is for comparing on your own computer? The reason I ask that is that the full-size uncompressed png images can be quite large for others to compare after hosting online.

Anyway I may make use of it one day - thanks for sharing it.

Actually the intent was to limit the areas to view and then pixel peek. I found if I sent the client the full image we would quickly go off track so I'd send the html and the two images. I have about 75 other scripts if you would tell me what you need and I'll see how close any are. I don't mind adding code as I'd like to see them used. I have little use now and they'll be gone not to far down the road.
