Problems with flaming pear's "Flood"

I generated a water image in a 2048x4100 image with an offset and horizon of zero. In the middle of the vertical there are many grainy artifacts. Is this a known "problem"? I would like to buy the software if this problem can be solved.

The tif file with the artifacts is at: http://www.jackzucker.com/images/floodartifacts.tif and a jpg with the current settings is at:

Thanks, Jaz

Jaz
