Can Photoshop do this?

After completing a photoshop session can Photoshop list all the steps taken? Wow, if it can do that it would be soooo cool.

I'm not sure about earlier versions of Photoshop but I know CS does.

Have you looked at what's available in the History palette? (Window > History)

Do you need this information for documentation purposes?

You can "record" the steps applied during a session in an Action. These steps can be "replayed" at a later time on the same or a different image if that's where you're going. Likewise the steps recorded in an Action can be saved as a .txt file and opened/printed with your favorite text editing program.
